وزارت داخله افغانستان می گوید به جز ساختمانها متعلق به هیات های دیپلماتیک خارجی، سایر نهادها و اداراتی که در افغانستان فعالیت می کنند باید برای تامین امنیت خود از نیروهای رسمی دولتی این کشور استفاده کنند.

دولت افغانستان حدود دو سال پیش دستور توقف فعالیت تمامی شرکت های خصوصی امنیتی را صادر کرد.

این شرکتها در چندین مورد، به آزار و اذیت مردم و فساد متهم شده بودند.

مقامات افغان می گویند، تا حالا بیش از نیمی از یکصد شرکت خصوصی امنیتی را منحل کرده اند.

وی به تاثیر هدفمندی یارانه ها در بهبود وضعیت كسب و كار و رونق اقتصادی اشاره كرد و افزود: مردم با دریافت نقدی یارانه ها مدیریت بهتری بر هزینه ها دارند.

استاندار آذربایجان شرقی اظهاركرد: هر چند این پرداخت نقدی یارانه ها برای تمام دهكهای جامعه اتفاق افتاده است ، اما در دهكهای بالا این رقم شاید چندان قابل ملاحظه نباشد.

علیرضابیگی با اشاره به اینكه گام دوم هدفمندی تحقق عدالت اجتماعی بیش از پیش مدنظر قرار گرفته است، خاطر نشان كرد: كرامت دولت اجازه تفاوت گذاری بین آحاد مردم را نمی دهد و روش خود انصرافی در مورد دریافت یارانه نقدی را برای مرحله دوم در دستور كار قرار داده است.

وی با اشاره به اینكه مردم ایران در خصوص حمایت از خانوارهای كم درآمد همواره سرآمد بوده اند، گفت: خود انصرافی در واقع كمكی از طرف اقشار متمكن جامعه به گروه های كم درآمد می باشد.

وی بابیان اینكه در 10 سال گذشته آمار مصدومان چهارشنبه سوری كاهش داشته است، افزود: در چهارشنبه آخر سال 89، 25 نفر و در چهارشنبه سوری سال 88 فقط 11 نفر به این مركز مراجعه كردند كه این كاهش نشان دهنده عملكرد مثبت رسانه ها در این زمینه بوده است.

به گزارش خبرگزاری آلمان، دهها نفر دیگر از اروپایی ها روز سه شنبه در سراسر این قاره بر اثر سرما جان باختند و به این ترتیب شمار قربانیان موج سرما و یخبندان در این قاره در سه هفته اخیر به چهارصد و پنجاه نفر رسید.

بر اساس این گزارش، اكثر قربانیان موج سرما را بی خانمانها و افراد مسن و افرادی كه برف موجب قطع ارتباط روستاهایشان با خارج شده بود، تشكیل می دهند.

بر اساس گزارش های موجود، دمای هوا در برخی مناطق اروپا به كمتر از سی درجه زیر صفر رسیده است.

كارشناسان هواشناسی پیش بینی كردند سرمای شدید تا اواسط فوریه ادامه پیدا كند و سپس دمای هوا قدری افزایش یابد.

وزارت كشور لهستان اعلام كرد شش نفر در این كشور بر اثر سرمازدگی جان باختند و سه نفر دیگر نیز به علت نقص فنی در دستگاههای گرمازا جان خود را از دست دادند.

در مجارستان نیز چهار نفر در 24 ساعت اخیر بر اثر سرمازدگی جان باختند.

در بلگراد نیز فروافتادن توده یخ از ساختمانی دوازده طبقه موجب مرگ یك زن عابر شد.

مقامات رومانی نیز اعلام كردند كه شمار قربانیان موج سرما در این كشور به 36 نفر افزایش یافته است.

در جنوب بلغارستان شكستن یك سد به علت فشار ناشی از تجمع آب موجب مرگ دست كم 8 نفر شده است. بر اساس گزارش های به دست رسیده از بلغارستان، حدود 18 هزار نفر نیز به خاطر این حادثه از منطقه تخلیه شدند.

در مرزهای یونان و بلغارستان وضعیت فوق العاده اعلام شده است و صدها نفر از محل سكونتشان تخلیه شده اند.
